This page explains what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and the details of the occasion — the kind of event, an estimated date, the venue or area, any atmosphere words you pick, and your description of what you imagine.
There is no account to create, and nothing is collected in the background as you read the page.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your details are never sold, never shared with anyone outside JPT Decor & Design, and never used to send marketing you did not ask for.
Where it goes and how long it stays
When you submit the form, your enquiry is saved on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and emailed to us at jptdecor@gmail.com. The saved copy exists so an enquiry cannot be lost if the email fails to arrive, and is automatically deleted after two years.
The email itself lives in our inbox, which is Gmail, and follows Google’s retention.
Your IP address
To stop the form being abused by automated submissions, we count recent submissions per IP address. That count is held for one hour and then disappears. Your IP address is not stored alongside your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint you, and does not build a profile of you across other sites. It records the page address, referrer, and general details of your browser and country.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jptdecor@gmail.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no cost.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
